MW fails to log in.

MW fails to log in.
I signed on for another two years with MW and since then MW is sometimes failing to "log into pop3 server" but then fetches mail. The failure appears to be when I ask MW to check mail manually but the automatic check seems fine. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong please.

This problem is getting progressively worse, I can now no longer delete mail and sometime the automatic log in doesnt work.

Yes, if you made no changes yourself, possibly your firewall updated and is now blocking the mail server that you use to check mail for this account in MWPro?
If all looks OK, and the email account works in your email program on the same PC, probably the best option here is to try deleting the problem email account and re-importing it....
(First though, click File>>Export and save a copy of your settings to file for a backup)
Please open Mailwasher Pro and click, Settings>>Accounts, click your account and click, "Remove Account", click, "Yes, remove it", close and restart Mailwasher Pro.
In Mailwasher Pro click, Settings>>Accounts "Import Account" and follow the directions.
If there are no amounts listed, cancel to exit this screen and click, Add Account, choose your account type and add account manually.

Settings available here (for most ISP's but not personal domains) if you need them: http://www.emailsettings.email/

I am sorry to say your solution did not work. Although MW gets the mail automatically I cannot do it manually. I also cannot wash mail. At a loss now, please help.

Help!!! I am getting so frustrated, MW does not work at all now, it does not fetch mail and it does not delete either. On checking the log it says I should be sure "less secure apps should be set to ON in Google but this is not possible now because Google has defaulted to OFF and cannot be changed by me. Everything else in the settings is ok. I wish I had not subscribed for another two years because it all went wrong from there.
