I have been using MW Pro for at least 10 years now. My blacklist is around 1200 entries and my friends list around 500.

I have some email addresses that are not in my blacklist but are in my friends list that are being flagged as blacklisted, and a few vice versa. I have searched through both lists to confirm that they are correctly entered and they seem to be.

Any thoughts? It takes a while to get the lists populated and I don't really want to clear them out again, but it has been frustrating trying to get this resolved.

Yes, sorry about this, we are seeing this for the odd PC since the latest update, working on a fix now and hope to have it out soon.... if too much of an issue, you are welcome to revert back to a older version as per below link:

Just wondering if you are making any progress on this. I did not revert back because my experience trying that with other applications has not been good.

Yes, very sorry about the long delays, looks like we have the issue resolved now and hoping for a update very soon.... we'll send out a newsletter as soon as it is ready.

Good news, we have a beta out which seems to have resolved all current issues, (so far!) anyone wanting to try this who was having problems please email support at firetrust dot com and refer to this post and we can send you a link...

I have 7.15.19 installed now and so far it has resolved all the issues with my blacklist. Thanks.

Well, today is the first issue I had with the new version, and it is related to this post.

I received 2 separate emails this morning from the same domain. I confirmed that this domain is listed in my friends list and not in my blacklist. Neither processed properly; they both remained blue. I right clicked on both and listed them as good, but a couple of minutes later one turned to show as spam. Very odd, but so far the only problem with the latest version.

Thanks Murray, can you please try this first:

Click Settings>>Checking Mail, click the “Clear Cache” button. (Note that this is disabled until the current Mail check has completed)
During this process the inbox mail grid will be cleared, (NO emails will be deleted though) and when process finished, the mail check will start for default accounts.

And see if the problem re-occurs.....

Done. I will let you know if I see anything else.
