Hi

Hoping that this SPAM email is not more serious but when flagging it in mailwasher, MW throws an error (something about something not matching with something else) which flashes up very quickly before MW shuts down (windows closes and system tray app stops).

Is this something that I need tio invetsigate more. Would logs be helpful.

Yes, if you are using MWPro, can you first please ensure you are using 7.15.10 (under Help>>About) if not, update from here:

If just the same, can we please have some logs as per below directions:

- Use MWPro to try to restore an email,
- Click Help>>Send Support Logs.
- Write a note referring to this post (copy/paste the link from the address bar in your web browser)
- Click "Send Logs"

Then, reply to this to let me know the logs have been sent in case they do not arrive for any reason...

Also, if you could please log into webmail for this account and forward me the actual email to support at firetrust dot com, (also referring to this post) if you could send as an attachment that'd be great.... thanks!
