How can I get Mailwasher Pro 2010 to RESTORE the emai AND ATTACHMENTS?
I accidently deleted an email, found it in the recycle bin, restored, but the attachments did not restore.

MW only restores the number of lines that you have it set to download, up to a maximum of 999. Since the message was already downloaded and deleted there is nothing you can do to get back more of it than was saved.
For next time, you can raise the spam throttle to get more lines, that will slow down the Bayesian and any full body filters you have as well as lengthening the download process. Depending on your personal tastes bumping it up could help a bit for really small attachments but big stuff will still be incomplete.
On the spam throttle 80-100 lines is about the minimum I'd suggest, for normal use 200 works out well for me, not much slower than 100 and I get enough of silly HTML formated messages that the Bayesian works well on them.
