I have found Mailwasher Pro to be an invaluable aspect of Outlook Express.

Lately though, the program doesn't warn me of errors as it should.

I've checked your forums, and found numerous examples of this, what I can only assume is a flitch in the program,

What I've noticed is that the file marked as, and acting as, the "Error warning file”, becomes “unmarked” as soon as it’s activated.

This means that I never receive the warning.

If one of your tech boys can solve this,

There is no error warning sound in MailWasher.

Or you mean the New Mail Notification ?

Ah I see, the old MailWasher plays the Program Error sound, the new one doesn't trigger anything. We can add that to the list.

If you mean, I see there is a problem, and the staff will clear up?

If you peruse “and” remedy the situation, then I suspect a lot of Firetrust clients will be quite impressed.
