Emails not displaying

Forum for MailWasher Pro 7 and/or older 2011/2012 versions.

Emails not displaying

Emails are checked but not displayed on the screen. Event log shows email fetching and filtering was complete.

Yes, if the event/error log shows, either there is an error when checking mail, (OR, you have "Settings>>Display>>Event Log, "Always show event log" enabled)

If there is an error, please check your settings for this account within MWPro under, Settings>>Accounts, click your email account then click the "Incoming" tab.

Ensure you have the correct POP3/IMAP server and username entered there, and re-type your password.

NOTE: you can get settings for most ISP's (not personal domains) here: http://www.emailsettings.email/

If this fails, could you please send me your logs as described below:

- Use MWPro until you get an error
- Click Help>>Send Support Logs.
- Write a note referring to this post (copy/paste the link from the address bar in your web browser)
- Click "Send Logs"

Then, reply to this to let me know the logs have been sent in case they do not arrive for any reason...

Checked that and sent you the logs. There are 2 email accounts on this and one of them is displaying but not the other. The server address is the same for both

Great, thanks for those logs, and yes, both accounts do actually seem to be working fine... if however one is not showing unread mail that IS on the mail server, I'd recommend that you delete the problem email account first:

Settings>>Accounts, click the account>>Remove Account.
Click File>>Exit to close MWpro, then re-open it.

Then setup the account/s again:

In Mailwasher Pro click, Settings>>Accounts>>Add Email Account, type any name for this account you like, enter your email address and click Save.
Click the Incoming tab and click "Sign in with Microsoft", follow the prompts and you'll be asked for permission to allow MW access to the account, ensure you agree to this.

If it shows successful, click Save again on the outgoing tab, refresh folders on the IMAP tab (IF asked) and you are all set.
