Hi,
now I'm here again. I am having trouble logging into the outlook server and need help before I despair.
Kind regards

It's sad to have to say it, but it worked for a while. Now, however, it is wrong again. I have done two experiments:
1a) Sent in Thunderbird an email from my gmail account to my hotmail address.
1b) Logs into outlook.office365.com. The email is there.
1c) Go to Thunderbird and select "Get Messages" and get the email in my inbox (and outlook.officed365.com is blank).
2a) As 1a)
2b) As 1b)
2c) Go to Mailwasher and click "Check mail". Nothing happens other than the information: "Error Failed to log into Pop3 server"
2d) As 1c)

Yes, that is no good alright! OK, first, try changing to IMAP in MWpro.... if still no connection, can you please check under Help>>About in MWpro that you are using 7.15.10? if not, update from here:
https://www.firetrust.com/products/mail ... o/download
If no better, delete the account and re-set it up again, if you were using that version, OR still no good, can I please have some logs as per below directions:
- Use MWPro to try to restore an email,
- Click Help>>Send Support Logs.
- Write a note referring to this post (copy/paste the link from the address bar in your web browser)
- Click "Send Logs"
Then, reply to this to let me know the logs have been sent in case they do not arrive for any reason...

I think it works now, - with
IMAP. However, I don't understand why it suddenly doesn't work with
POP3, when it has done so since I started with MW several years ago.
Thanks, gingbat!
