Unchecked

Probable I'm doing something wrong, but can't imagine what.
I check enable First Alert and save, shows it saved and remains this way until I have done a reboot. Then it is unchecked again. Am I missing something?
Thanks,

Try checking, saving and exiting MW to see if that saves the setting when you start MW again.
I am not a Firetrust employee just a MW user.

Just tried and still checked, unfortunately I cannot do a reboot for a couple hours due to some FTP syncing in progress. Yet will test.
Thanks for the response.

Yep it stayed check.
Yet now I will lose sleep for not knowing why it did it in the first place. Some of us just have to know everything or go crazy.
Thanks again dear,

Go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter chris as the Ticket Number >> Send Logs >> I'll take a look.

I have a *feeling* we might disable FirstAlert if it never seems able to connect. I know we talked about doing that, but cannot recall if we actually did.

It tells me you're not having any FirstAlert issues (at least today) so I guess we just keep an eye on it. If it disables itself again, do the same thing and we'll see if that's any more revealing.

Nope, no issue today, but will do if it reoccurs.
Thanks
