Probable I'm doing something wrong, but can't imagine what.
I check enable First Alert and save, shows it saved and remains this way until I have done a reboot. Then it is unchecked again. Am I missing something?
Thanks,
Heidi-Ann

Re: Unchecked
Try checking, saving and exiting MW to see if that saves the setting when you start MW again.
I am not a Firetrust employee just a MW user.

Re: Unchecked
Just tried and still checked, unfortunately I cannot do a reboot for a couple hours due to some FTP syncing in progress. Yet will test.stan_qaz wrote:Try checking, saving and exiting MW to see if that saves the setting when you start MW again.

Re: Unchecked
Yep it stayed check.
Yet now I will lose sleep for not knowing why it did it in the first place. Some of us just have to know everything or go crazy.
Thanks again dear,
Heidi-Ann

Go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter chris as the Ticket Number >> Send Logs >> I'll take a look.
I have a *feeling* we might disable FirstAlert if it never seems able to connect. I know we talked about doing that, but cannot recall if we actually did.

Re: Unchecked
It tells me you're not having any FirstAlert issues (at least today) so I guess we just keep an eye on it. If it disables itself again, do the same thing and we'll see if that's any more revealing.Scientific_Frontline wrote:Sent.rusticdog wrote:Go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter chris as the Ticket Number >> Send Logs >> I'll take a look.

Nope, no issue today, but will do if it reoccurs.rusticdog wrote:It tells me you're not having any FirstAlert issues (at least today) so I guess we just keep an eye on it.
