Checking Multiple Email Accts

I have Thunderbird setup with three email accounts. Presently I need to request each account to download messages after I wash messages in MailWasher Pro. I used to be able to download to Outlook one time and all accounts updated. How can't I configure all accounts to download with one request?

Yes, in TBird click "Get Messages" right at the top on the L/H side....?

Thanks so much, right where I was clicking ... only now when I right click I can "Get All Messages."
