I’m new to using MailWasher Pro 7 and have been enjoying the features so far, but I’ve run into a bit of a problem. I’m trying to set up custom filters for my incoming emails, but it seems like MailWasher isn’t correctly identifying or filtering certain emails as I’ve set up in the rules.

Here’s the issue in detail:

• I’ve created a custom filter to block any emails from a specific domain, but they still appear in my inbox.

• I’ve also set up a filter to flag emails with specific keywords, but some emails with those keywords aren’t being flagged.

I’ve double-checked the filter settings and even tried restarting MailWasher, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced something similar? Any suggestions on how to fix this or any settings I might be missing?

Yes, please post some screenshots of the filters in question, and the part of the email you are trying to filter on and we'll see if we can see any issues.... cheers!
