When I try to update to version 7.15.19 I get the error "Some of the updates failed to install properly" and the Mailwasher Pro program exits. When I restart it and check "About", it shows that I am still on version 7.15.5. When I run the install wizard again, I am offered three choices: "Modify", "Repair" and "Remove". Selecting either "Modify" or "Repair" produces the same result that I described initially. The program exits and when I start it again, I am still on version 7.15.5. I have not tried to select "Remove" and reinstall Mailwasher Pro because I want to save the settings I have on my current version and I don't know how to save them and include them on a new installation.

I am running Windows 11 Pro on my PC. How can I install the update successfully. Assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, sorry about this, we've been seeing this a bit since the update, we are trying to find out why now.... for now however, please try the below and that should get it installed....

If you could please backup first: File>>Export, save the file somewhere safe, (Optional, and just for a backup)

Then uninstall MWpro and click YES to save your user data.

Then, the program directly from here:

https://25fc482ddf92aa413bac-f38e90dc86 ... _15_19.exe

Choose to save the file to disk when asked, save it to somewhere you can find it later like your documents folder.

Once the download is complete, exit your web browser, locate the downloaded file and double click to start the installation and setup wizards.

Thank you. As it happens, I solved my issue before seeing the above post. I determined how to Export and Import my previous settings. After exporting, I ran the install wizard again and selected "Remove". I then ran it once more and Version 7.15.19 was successfully installed. I imported my saved settings and everything appears to be in order now.
