Mailwashe shows only one inbox

I'ml using Microsoft 365 Outlook as mailcliënt.

I have 4 accounts on this ckiënt
1 local provider [email protected]
2 accounts @hotmail.com
1 gmail account

Mailwasher Pro shows only incoming messages in the inbox of [email protected]

In other words: altough I have new incoming messages in 4 inboxes, only the messages from telenet.be are shown

Yes, first ensure you are using the latest 7.15.19 version, if not update from here: https://www.firetrust.com/products/mail ... o/download

Unfortunetly I can't get the OAUTH authentication. Those two posts did not help.

The problem is still not solved.
As I explained before, Mailwasher Pro shows only incoming messages of one injbox.
My mailcliënt is Outlook 365 and there are more email accounts. I would appreciate more help.

Yes, OAUTH only shows in the later MWPro versions, if you have installed version 7.15.20, click the button in the incoming tab for the problem account under "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" to find it....?

I'm using version 7.15.33. This is the latest version.

I would respectfully disagree with that assessment. Moreover, you have provided no reasons for your conclusion.

From what I have seen in this topic @gingbat, who works for Firetrust, has responded to your emails, as he does to all emails posted here that merit his attention. He posts promptly, weekends included. I have had Support Tickets opened as well, and again, I received excellent and timely support.

I understand that you would be frustrated when the program does not work as you want, but comments such as your final comment, quoted above, are hardly going to make the knowledgeable people here want to help you.

Personally, I think you should reconsider that comment and apologize.

Just my two cents. I don't work for Firetrust or have any other affiliation, discounts, or anything else: I am just a satisfied user with a lifetime license.

Yep, I agree with garioch7, users here don't general work for Firetrust and are simply just trying to help, in addition, the program has changed a lot since your original post, see this for new gmail account setup details for the latest 7.15.33 version....
