Re: Thumbs Down
Sorry about the delay, was away for a bit.... and yes, that is odd, as so far it's been really good....
Can you please click Settings>>Checking Mail, click the “Clear Cache” button. (Note that this is disabled until the current Mail check has completed)
During this process the inbox mail grid will be cleared, (NO emails will be deleted though) and when process finished, the mail check will start for default accounts.
Let us know if that fixes this?

Re: Thumbs Down
OK, sorry that did not help, and in that case, next time you notice this issue, send some logs to support via Help>>Send Support Logs, add a note referring to this post.
Then send a new screenshot showing the issue as that makes it easier to locate it in the logs once we get them, send it to support at firetrust dot com also referring to this post.
Thanks!

Re: Thumbs Down
I have had this same problem for a while. Was a solution found? I am currently looking at a situation where the mail is marked with a thumbs down, but also on the Friends list and marked in green with an overall evaluation of +349. It is not possible to get the thumbs down to change even after clicking on the thumbs up.

Re: Thumbs Down
This has now been an issue for years. The problem is, after the first few months without a fix and then several patches that claimed to fix it when it was not correct, it is now somewhat surrounded with mistrust. Sending in logs would be easier if it was explained what is shared in the logs. Do they contain information from emails themselves? If someone is genuinely willing to make the effort, please advise.

Re: Thumbs Down
Yes, this issue has been going on for probably about 6 mths, and yes, we do believe we have resolved the issue when we say this, however it seems not as some are still seeing this on occasion but a lot less....
We hope to have a updated beta out soon if all OK, we'll send to all users...
Re the logs, yes, you can see what is in these yourself if you wish, just open MWPro and click Help>>User Files, open the logs folder and open any logs within the folders displayed, these are all sent to us along with account settings but NOT any passwords.

Re: Thumbs Down
Note also, if anyone updates and finds the problem continues, they may need to do this:
Click Settings>>Spam Tools>>Learning Settings, and click, "Reset Learning"
Restart MWPro and use it as per normal, remembering to mark ALL emails as either good or spam before clicking wash mail.
And this:
Clear the cache.
To do this, click Settings>>Checking Mail, click the “Clear Cache” button. (Note that this is disabled until the current Mail check has completed)
During this process the inbox mail grid will be cleared, (NO emails will be deleted from the actual mail server though) and when process finished, the mail check will start for default accounts.

Re: Thumbs Down
Just got another example. Spam evaluation plus 349, on the friends list, marked with a red thumb that cannot be changed. I have to say that the most concerning part of this is the fact that the classification cannot be changed at all, so it seems to me it is much more than just learning, download problem, but there is a problem blocking that action as well.
