No details in mailwasher columns
I'm using version 7.15.19. Ever since the upgrade, several emails show up with no detail in the 'Check Mail' columns, however the emails are perfectly fine in Outlook. In previous version it was emails from Google that displayed this behavior, but now it's other senders, and Google emails appear fine. I've attached screen shots from the display and from the header and source. Personal details from this and other emails have been blurred.

Yes, odd to only be getting this with the one account, try this first:
Click Settings>>Checking Mail, click the “Clear Cache” button. (Note that this is disabled until the current Mail check has completed)
During this process the inbox mail grid will be cleared, (NO emails will be deleted though) and when process finished, the mail check will start for default accounts.
If just the same, can you please email support at firetrust dot com and send a text file of the problem email and refer to this post.
(not inline or as another type of document)
To do this, open MWPro and click the "Show email info" link just above the preview pane, (Click View>>Preview Pane if you do not have this enabled) then click the "Source tab.
That will show the raw text of the email, copy that into a new txt file (click in the email and click ctrl A to select all, then click Ctrl C to copy) and send as an attachment.
