The new Mailwasher worked good at first but now I have been having problems with it logging in to my account. Takes forever sometimes to log in, especially if there appears to be quite a number or emails.
I've got that frustrated with it on this issue that I've reverted to an old MW Pro 6.5.3. which I don't have a problem with.

Saying all that, I am a big supporter of MW having used it for well over six years so I hope this problem can be fixed. Any advice welcome.

Just out of curiosity what ISP server do you use..

Send me the support logs and I'll take a look. Under Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter chris as the Ticket Number >> Send Logs...

Logs have been sent Chris.

I didn't see them arrive....at least I didn't recognise any.....can you go int Help >> User Files >> and forward me the autosupport.eml file to [email protected]
