After washing emails and Outlook downloading them, and going back to MW to delete from inbox, they won't delete straight away and just opens Outlook again. After selecting send/receive again and going back to MW and ticking delete again they sometimes still don't delete and only open Outlook again. It can sometimes take three attempts to delete downloaded emails. I have version 7.15.20 but this has been going on for sometime.

Yes, sounds like the mail server is just slow to remove these after Outlook downloads them.
Try deleting then only once, then wait a bit, see if they disappear by themselves via a mail check after a while....?
Note also, if the above works, you may not need to delete them at all, I'd try NOT deleting them in MW, but just wait and see if they disappear from the list in MW eventually by themselves?
