MailWasher 2010 trial version ... soon expiring!
Will I buy?
Short answer: NO.
Long answer: There is nothing of any value *to me* that MW2010 can offer, that the old ver. 6.x can't. I do not need a more glossy interface, or all kinds of auto filtering, what I need, is a really handy tool. This tool will allow me to preview any mail before they are downloaded, on all my email accounts. And I can manually mark all the emails I do not want to be downloaded. No spamfilter ever created can replace a manual filtering. Makes the user (me) feel good, like I am in total command. I can even copy the whole text content and paste it into my clipboard without risking anything.
Sorry Rusticdog and all the good helpers, I know you put in an awful lot of work to reveal the new 2010 version of MW. This fact will however not change my desiscion. Since I started with computers way back in 1989 (yeah, I might have been your grandfather if not for coincidence) it has been a standing rule all the way to preferably leave oversized software to itself.
MailWasher 6.X does the job. This tiny app is my one and only love when it comes to this kind of computer tools. It has nothing to to with the new pricing policy. It's because I already have the tool I need.

Re: Field Commander MailWasher 6.X !
. . . . . at the moment, am running MailWasher 6.54 alongside 2010. Going forward, have decided to let go of the old 6.54 once the 'SpamCop Reporting' functionality is added to the new version - looking to purchase a subscription soon.
