Is that red text with the dropped shadow from MW? I've never seen that before!

What do you see if you expand the header, click the + ahead of the preview subject.

What do you see if you switch to the source tab?
I am not a Firetrust employee just a MW user.

Nah, that will have been added by TrustFire.

I expect we just aren't parsing the email correctly, the preview area is underdone compared to MailWasher 6.

TrustFire, if you can forward me one of the emails as an attachment to [email protected] we can take a look.

rusticdog is right - I've added the red text in the pane.

However, just wondering whether by 'the dropped shadow from MW,' you're referring to the text (deliberately) blurred from the privacy point of view. :D

Does look like a bug to me. 8)

However, it doesn't occur frequently - just approximately once in hundred messages.

Done rusticdog!!! :D

Hope you're able to receive it - has been mailed from one of my email IDs that couldn't register me at this forum (suspected SPAM ID) on the blacklisted databases. :?:

No, I was referring to the shadows shown below and to the right of the text you entered, probably due to the settings of your image editing program.
