problem with filter applied on To: or Cc:

Hi,
I found a problem with filter applied on To: or Cc:.
I had set a "Not to me" filter with the following rule:
To: doen't contain RegExp (mymailbox1|mymailbox2)@mydomain\.com
I thought this rule was wrong because the filter was triggerred even if a mail was sent to me at [email protected]
In fact what is happening is that this mail was sent to lots of recipients. My email address was not on the same line as To:
When I changed "To" by "Header" in my rule, everything works fine.
It seems to be a bug for me.
