MWP 2010 Proxy Support

So I haven't been able to find anywhere to punch proxy settings into MWP 2010.
Are they tucked away somewhere or are they just not present?
I had issues in 653 under Win7 with proxy settings not being retained, have they been dropped completely under 2010?
Bit sad for us behind a proxy if they have.

Not dropped, just not done. If you let us know the requirements we can take a look at adding.

Just need a hole to punch some proxy server setting into (address:port and maybe type HTTP or SOCKS) so that FirstAlert and Origin of Spam can do their thing.
Auto Update seems to use IE proxy settings right?

FirstAlert and Origin of Spam aren't HTTP, so that shouldn't be required. FirstAlert now connects natively to native.first-alert.net on port 4051. Origin of Spam servers are just DNS lookups. The AutoUpdate I'm not aware of any issues either, it looks to grab the IE defaults.
So the only other HTTP calls I'm aware of are to grab the FavIcon for the domain of the mail account, which isn't exactly mission critical

OK thanks for the clarification.
I should have told you in my original post that I sit behind a
very restrictive firewall, sorry bout that. So I am pretty certain that MWP is not getting to anything other than my mail server and my proxy for autoupdates because it grabs its settings from IE.
I found that in order to get MWP to appear to work properly (not take forever to evaluate messages) I needed to proxify it using an application called strangely enough, proxifier (
http://www.proxifier.com in case anyone is curious). So I did a little experiment using MWP both proxified and not proxified.
I have attached the logs from FirstAlert for each test for you to have a look at.
But it looks to me as if proxifying MWP for at least port 4051 allows the FirstAlert service to function.
Does this appear to be the case to you?

I'd like this feature as well. Some of my customer sites prevent MWP2010 from connecting despite the IE proxy settings being correct...ay ideas?? Or does it need the proxy settings...

Yeah it will need the proxy settings unfortunately.
