Hi Earle
Sorry we are no longer supporting 800x600
If there a particular reason 1024x768 doesn't suit you ?

I assume you find it hard to read with many programs and not just MailWasher ?

You can use a higher resolution and set windows DPI higher than 100%, this increases fonts etc... for people with less than 20/20 vision.
MWP has a font zoom setting so that you can also increase its text size if need be.
Note: You should always use the native resolution of your display, otherwise you could end up with blurry/blocky fonts and graphics.

Let us know what you end up doing Earle. I think too you might actually benefit from trying a 1024x768 resolution and increase to Large Fonts for Windows as standard, and the new version of MailWasher allows for a further increase of up to 150% on top of that.
If however none of this is suitable, and you prefer to go back to the old MailWasher, we are more than happy to process a refund.

Rusticdog & anniebrion,
First, I want to thank you both for your help and excellent advice in getting this old codger
to finally switch over from 800 x 600 to 1024 x 768 resolution.
Increasing the MWP font zoom for text to 125% and Windows XP font size to Large has
resolved the problems. I am now quite comfortable using 1024 x 768 with all my programs.
Thanks again,
Earle

I also have a Netbook (Windows7 Home) which the main use is, checking email when out,
The highest resolution is
1024 x 600 and all my other programs will work with this setting.
I downloaded MW and it fills up the whole screen ,but the text on the left side is cut off.
It is a shame that you will not support it.
How many netbooks are out there, and you are going to limit their use.
Sure I can use 6.54 with no problems, but that is not the point, you are going to lose a lot
users of netbook like myself.

WMP 2010 is not really meant for netbooks or low powered PCs, this is why they are keeping v6 available

Annie: I do not agree with you on this one.
"WMP 2010 is not really meant for netbooks?" How many netbooks have been sold?
Intel: More than 85 million netbooks sold
http://www.liliputing.com/2010/05/intel ... -sold.html
OK, then people using a netbook would have to
PURCHASE a license for 6.54?
Software that they will not support or update?
That is like telling them to go back to Windows 98
After reading a lot of posts, there is MANY comments mentioning using 6.54
or going back to 6.54
Also where to download 6.54 and how much for a obsolete License?

Have you tried reducing the font size in MailWasher so the text isn't cut off ?
