Friends list problems

A couple times I have gotten e-mail from an address in my Friends list, and one would be marked as a friend, then other would not be. Now this may not seem like a big deal, until you find out that both emails arrived 13 minutes apart, and are from the exact same e-mail address. If I close MWP, and then reopen it and check my e-mail again, then it is sorted properly. It is almost as if the longer it runs, the more errors creep into the filtering process.

Are you using Filters?

Yes, but in the case of these emails, no filter applied. One of them was approved on the friends list alone, the other had a classification of zero.

With the one showing 0 did any of the other tools activate offsetting the value of the Friends list, e.g. Side Panel values?

Nope, nothing even activated.

I would take a closer look at the Source tab and check the From: line to see if the address is an exact match in both messages. It may be that you need to add a second variation.

They are identical.

If I don't get my e-mail, but just terminate MWP, and then restart it and check my e-mail again, the exact same e-mail's get sorted properly. All of them. That is what is so perplexing. Why restarting MWP would change anything.

If you are getting a total score of Zero it usually means the spamtools encountered an error. Is there any indication on your error tab (will show up to the right of the Settings tab if there are errors) of a problem?

No errors that I saw at the time, or later. If It happens again, I will be sure to check this to make sure.
