On viewing incoming e-mails under Text, I don't see any text.
If I click on the Reply tab, then I see the message in my Outlook e-mail. If I then close Outlook down and then click on the Text tab, I then see the missing text - any reasons, why I don't see it first go?

Re: Viewing incoming e-mails under Text
Are you using the preview window or preview pane? If the pane what location do you have it in?
What happens if you switch to another message and come back to the first one?
What happens if you switch to the source tab and back to the text tab?

Re: Viewing incoming e-mails under Text
I'm in Preview Pane, with four Tabs - Plain Text, Source, Quick Reply, Quick Forward.
In Source, it displays the Header, but in Plain Text, I see a blank display. Can't seem to get Plain Text (as I did before), by switching between the others.

Re: Viewing incoming e-mails under Text
If you look in the source tab, copy the entire text and email it to me in a text file to [email protected] we can take a look and see what improvements we need to make.
Don't paste the text straight into an email, make sure it's a text file attached.

Re: Viewing incoming e-mails under Text
Don't know if my issue is posted at right place
When selecting text from preview pane in MW2010 & copying it to notepad, it's layout is different as same message is selected, copied, pasted from MW 6.5.3
MW2010 "shows" end of line with ascii signs ( ; followed by 1 Ascii sign I can't copy) but the message is displayed as 1 long line of text/code.
MW 6.5.3 shows a several lines.
Tried already changing fonts (default/verdana/arial) - without any result
Any clue how to solve this annoying "bug"? (annoying, as it slows down analyzing headers)

Re: Viewing incoming e-mails under Text
OK great. You could consider using Notepad++ instead, only reason I suggest that is it would give you an immediate result http://notepad-plus-plus.org/
If you work in text files a lot too, Notepad++ is crazy good.
Looking in Wikipedia,
I wonder if that means in the old MailWasher if we actually have done anything to cater for this.

Looking in Wikipedia,
Most modern editors can read and write files using at least the different ASCII CR/LF conventions. The standard Windows editor Notepad is not one of them (although Wordpad is).

Re: Viewing incoming e-mails under Text
A work-around for viewing incoming e-mails under Text.
1) View them under the Source Tab.
2) Scroll down, until you get to the bottom of the text, you will see the information message, at the bottom of the screen change to 'Fetching Full Mail',from 'Idle', which it does.
3) Switch to the 'Plain Text' Tab and you should see the text of the e-mail. (Note: Very, very, very, very, very, very minor point.)
