I right clicked the program exe file to pin it to my taskbar now, although on right clicking the The program Exe file it shows 'unpin from taskbar', I have no taskbar icon visible - Win7 ultimate.
Any idea Why?

Two places to look right click on the program name and select properties and probe the Change Icon to see what you find.
Also right click on an empty spot on the taskbar and select Properties to see if any of the settings there are the cause.

Right Click on Program Icon - Properties - "C:\Program Files (x86)\FireTrust\MailWasher\MailWasherPro.exe" Icon Bar 'o Soap.
Taskbar settings the same as other 3 programs already pinned there.
PS just updated to latest edition again right clicked Exe - pin to taskbar - still no Icon?? - still shows "unpin from taskbar"

Sometimes Win 7 forces you to specifically allow a program icon to be seen in the System Tray. Here's how you do it:
Click on the tiny white "up" arrow at the left-hand side of the System Tray. A bunch of icons will appear. Click on Customize at the bottom of the icons. "The Selection which icons and notifications appear on the Taskbar" window appears. Find the Mailwasher icon and, using the drop-down option list beside it, set it to "Show icons and notifications." Click on the OK button at the bottom of the window. The Mailwasher icon should immediately appear on the System Tray.
Hope this helps.

BigMur,
Many thanks - I'd already done most of your suggestion but obviously forgot to click OK! 'cos as soon as I did Mailwasher in System Tray
Thanks again! from Roget.
