64-bit version? MW Pro keeps crashing

Greetings! I have the latest MW Pro 7.15.33, on a Windows 10 Pro 22H2 laptop with 16GB RAM, i7-1185G7, and an SSD. I "End Task" on all other running apps, so MW is the only thing actively running. While it tries to load all of my emails, the program disappears. If I try to click on the icon in the lower right, the icon disappears. Is there a 64-bit version I can download?

Sorry but no, there's only the one MWpro version for both 32 and 64bit, re the crashing however, when you say all your emails, how many are we talking about?
Also, I'd recommend you first run windows update to ensure your PC is fully up to date.
Restart if anything required.
If no better, please try running the .net repair tool here (as MW uses windows .net):

Restart afterwards.
