I'm not sure who I need to contact I'm a long time user and got the email notifying of Mailwasher 2010 so I clicked on the upgrade link in the email and filled out the purchase page then clicked Submit Secure Order which went to the next page. That page was basically blank it said Review Your Shopping Cart (which it said was empty) but no confirmation of my purchase or anything plus I never received an email with registration keys.

How do I know if the purchase went through or not and if so how do I get my keys? Thanks!

Did you use the same email address when purchasing that you've used on the forum ?

OK, in that case it didn't seem to come through. I've had both our Admin system and the Payment Providers system checked and nothing was there.
