Moving config to another PC

I've been using MWPro for the best part of a decade, just switched to the 2010 and I'm still getting to grips with it.

When traveling I copy my MWPro config onto my netbook and I just need to know what has to be copied.
I'm guessing it's just the "user files" folder, the reason I ask is that with the old version I also had to copy a whole load of stuff in the registry as well.

Is the registry stuff still needed?
Does the "user-file" folder contain the recycle bin / friend list / spam settings etc?
What happens with the license?

When I installed my second copy onto my laptop (Desktop is XP Pro, Laptop is Win 7), I installed MW2010 onto it then copied/pasted the user files folder from my primary machine. It saved all the settings including mail accounts.
