Hello Firetrusters:

I have just purchased the new version of Mailwasher Pro.

The email message that you sent to me to confirm the purchase (and containing the licence key I guess) came into my Pegasus maibox as follows:

This message contains binary or non-textual data that cannot be previewed within Pegasus Mail.

Filename: Unknown

You can work with this file in the message reader's 'Attachments' page.

Unfurtunately, the attachment also shows nothing.

By chance, I have Thunderbird also running, but on a different computer. Except for the headers, the message in Thunderbird is also is completely blank.

I wonder where I can go to get that email message resent?

Flick me an email to [email protected] letting me know what email address you used. I've heard of this happening, not sure on the cause.
