Email received from / sent via my Blackberry is seen as 'blank status, from and subject' which makes is look like major spam - plse advise solution. I use three accounts (1 pop3 and 2 Imap on the device) and use it very much for business and have not got the time to decypher or second-guess Thanks, J

Can you post the source of the incoming message, switch to the MW source tab and copy/paste into a CODE (button above the post area) block. Do change your address to something like [email protected] to keep the spammers away.

If that doesn't get an answer you may get asked to submit your logs from MW 2010, they are a lot more useful than the old v6 logs and a lot easier to read.

You could try changing the accounts from IMAP to POP in MailWasher, assuming they are of course setup as IMAP accounts
