I just installed the new MailWasher Pro 2010. What happened to the "Bounce" feature on the old Pro version?

Just be careful of bouncing, spammers have learned a trick that makes the bounce a good thing for them, either to spread their spam further or to harass folks that are fighting to stop spam. You have to take the time to insure that the return address is not forged on every message you bounce or you are helping the spammer. That is a lot of hassle and takes a couple minutes per message, with 95% or more of mine coming in with obviously forged addresses bouncing the few that possibly weren't going to be misdirected just wasn't worth the time and effort.

These days bouncing spam isn't a useful tool to combat spam, that's why you'll find in the new MailWasher 2010 we've removed the bounce column entirely. You can still bounce of course, but really it's best to do so against legitimate emails, such as newsletters you cannot unsubscribe from, lawyers etc..
