Hello,
when i check my emails i always get this error message...
(Win 7 64bit Ultimate)

Description: An unknown error has occurred. MailWasher is unable to determine the cause of this error.

Fire me your logs and I'll take a look, go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter chris as the Ticket Number >> Send Logs.

Just in case you have already sent these, post a reply when you do send the logs just in case they don't arrive.

I have sent the logs...

We think there's something specific in an email causing this, perhaps non compliant formatting, illegal characters etc...MailWasher recovers fine, it just creates the error that you see.

We'll add into a coming version some more logging around this to try and determine the cause. I'd like to keep the error in place until we have it fixed otherwise if it silently fails we'll never know that this happens. We shouldn't need to keep it like this long though.


Very jealous of your setup by the way ....if only GMX supported PIPELINING then MailWasher would be able to download the emails a lot faster....
