Expired discount?

Just made the purchase after the 30 day eval. I'm hoping that support for SpamCop is in the near future... Just wanted to ask, was there an expiry date on the 50% LockerGnome blog discount code that was showing here:

Just wondering as there was no expriation showing on the page, but the order page didn't accept the code, so I assume it was expired.

n.b. - Being a Canadian, I have to exhaust ALL possibilities for a deal before I commit to a purchase!

They are working on spamcop reporting and other features, getting them done as quickly as possible while sorting and fixing bugs that made it past the beta testers.

You and the wife... She has spent so much time trying to finagle a lower price that she has missed several good sales and had stuff go out-of-stock before she was willing to just pay the price.

Are you sure you want to buy the old v6 Mailwasher, that is what that page goes to, and not the newer 2010 version?

Actually, the only thing that looks like the old version is the one screenshot in the middle of the page. The headers all show pics from the 2010 version, the price is the same and when you click on the "Add to cart" link, you go to the 2010 checkout page - that's how I bought my copy of 2010....

Fair enough. I was just curious as the page appeared current and populated my basket with the current version, but the code from the page didn't seem to work. No biggie - it's not like it stopped me from making the purchase.

There's no current LockerGnome discount I'm aware of, the pages I found on LockerGnome all had expired, but I'll check and we'll sort it out if there is supposed to be.

No biggie. I did some searching on the LockerGnome site and found the original blog again - it mentions that the code had an expiry date of Sept. 20, 2009. I think that maybe the link I put in my OP should maybe be made "unreachable" so someone with a little less understanding that the average Canadian finds it and starts bitching!
