Broken promise

The big cheese himself, Nick Bolton, has repeatedly over the years stated, that "You shall never have to pay for Mailwasher again", that's the way he spoke to all customers who bought a Pro licence for any version before "2010" appeared.

So. This is a broken promise. No less.

I know, I have been such a customer for many years, and I have read all his neatly composed newsletters with great interest, maybe except when they wanted me to buy other promoted software from outside vendors.

Maybe the engine has been changed, and a new glossy paint put all over. But MW is still doing just the same thing as before.

People in general don't mind the 10 bucks. But when it comes to broken promises, that's a different story.

Hi Anniebrion - I agree. Might I suggest that we all stop feeding trolls?

You might like to review this users posts as I have. It was particularly enlightening. I've chosen not to participate in any discussion (like this one that keeps appearing in different forms) because it's a complete waste of my time, boring and pointless. Instead of wasting my time, I prefer to help people with tech related problems - lots more interesting, positive, constructive, fun and helps towards improving MWP2010. Just my take is all ...

Locking, this has been done to death. Vote with your wallet, and if you don't have a genuine MailWasher 2010 issue then stay out of this forum.
