Irritating Problem
I don't know if this has been pointed out before(couldn't find it anywhere) but I have a problem with emails that have been marked for deletion(check mark) going back to not being marked after I have marked other emails as Blacklisted. It's not a big problem but just irritating having to go back and mark them for deletion again.

Re: Irritating Problem
I have also seen mails marked for deletion change status. In my case they are flagged with filters. I mark them for deletion, then scroll through the mail grid marking other messages as spam, deleted, etc. When I go back to the top of the grid, the deleted flag has been reset. It happens fairly regularly.

Re: Irritating Problem
It's not obvious to me what is causing this, but I've not caught up on all the different threads/emails yet.....so perhaps it will
If not I'll come back to this and we'll see if we can work out the right triggers to make it happen...

You then added the "Friend" to the Friends list, the messages were then declared good and removed from the deletion list.
If you manually mark for deletion then they will not change.
Re: Irritating Problem
Your "Friend" originally was not on your Friends list and the Filter marked them for deletion.gerohl wrote:It's set to "Always mark for delete"Sidewinder wrote:Ok, How is the Filter Actions Override Delete set?gerohl wrote:I have a "Sender is not on my Friends list" filtrerSidewinder wrote:Are you running a filter for Friends?gerohl wrote:I just added a sender to my friends list and when I did all email marked for deletetion got unmarked. Re: Irritating Problem
It's not those messages I'm talking about. It's good messages I've marked for deletion that change to unmarked when I add a new sender to my Friends list.

Re: Irritating Problem
Ok, that wasn't clear. If you are running V1.0.19 then recreate the sequence starting with the Sender not on the Friends list, then add and got to Help, Send Support logs. Provide a brief description, reference this topic and put Chris in the ticket number. If your not yet running v1.0.19 then update first and see if the problem remains.gerohl wrote:It's not those messages I'm talking about. The same thing happens if I remove a sender from my Friends list...all marked messages change to unmarked

Re: Irritating Problem
That's why I started this thread. No matter what you do, if you have some emails marked for deletion and then do anything else like mark some other ones for spam, blacklist, the emails marked for deletion are then unmarked.
BTW, this happens with 1.0.18 and 1.0.19
