"Bounce" seems not to work. Sent mail from one of my accounts to another. Checked the 'Bounce' option but mail was not bounced.
Actually IMHO the bells and whistles of 2010 are not worth the $10.00. There was nothing wrong with 654.

Re: Bounce & 2010
You should be able to look at your logs, under Help, User files and see just what happened with the bounce if there is no error entry in the main error log tab.
V6 is OK at what it does but the spammers are getting good enough the v6 way of using just one tool at a time is becoming obsolete as they learn to bypass systems that work using that method. Too V6 isn't really able to take advantage of the OSs newer than XP or the options like scalable fonts and graphics elements. 2010 could be better, they are working on it and releasing new versions with less bugs and more features fairly often.
Much like the bounce, the single tool method worked a while back but spammers adapted and now most bounces help the spammer instead of hurting them or getting you off their list.

We respect that some people simply won't care for the new version over the old, and that's expected too. But when we consider how well many of our users have reacted to things like the proper font zoom, or a modern grid....it will certainly be worth it in the long run.
Re: Bounce & 2010
Actually there was a lot wrong with 6.5.4 but many of the issues weren't transparent for the user. I'm happy to refund you the $10, I don't see a point paying for something you won't use.Sundance wrote:"Bounce" seems not to work. Sent mail from one of my accounts to another. Re: Bounce & 2010
I'll stand by my previous post. 2010 other than First Alert being thrown in for free and new icons (not really needed) I see no reason to continue using it. You may keep my $10.00. Consider it a donation for the good work in versions previous to 2010. I have now reverted back to version 6.5.4.
