HI
I've been using Mailwasher for several years now and a few weeks back the subscription reminder popped up 3 months in advance, so I thought I would wait until I had one month to go that I would re-subscribe.
Since deciding this Mailwasher has been going extremely slow with me having to Check mail repeatedly to download all the emails. If I go straight to outlook they will all download instantly.
This happens after re-starts, re-boots, all apps closed, kaspersky turned off. End tasking on the app and re-loading.
Ever since the re-subscribe option came up.
How can I fix this?

Yes, that is odd, as you only get reminded 1 mth in advance....? check under Help>>Registration that the renewal date is what you expect and the key matches the reminder just in case you have 2 keys running or something like that?
Re waiting to renew, no, that wont effect anything at all, try clearing the cache...
Click Settings>>Checking Mail, click the “Clear Cache” button. (Note that this is disabled until the current Mail check has completed)
During this process the inbox mail grid will be cleared, (NO emails will be deleted though) and when process finished, the mail check will start for default accounts.
If still problems, (and if only problems on one email account), probably the best option here is to try deleting the problem email account and re-importing it....
(First though, click File>>Export and save a copy of your settings to file for a backup)
Please open Mailwasher Pro and click, Settings>>Accounts, click your account and click, "Remove Account", click, "Yes, remove it", close and restart Mailwasher Pro.
In Mailwasher Pro click, Settings>>Accounts "Import Account" and follow the directions.
If there are no amounts listed, cancel to exit this screen and click, Add Account, choose your account type and add account manually.
