Configuring for an MSN hotmail account

I have tried to configure for my wife's email account in exactly the san=me manner and configuration as my hotmail account but it still wont' work

Fire me the logs and I'll take a look. If you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter chris as the Ticket Number and a brief note about the problem like MSN Hotmail account won't work >> Send Logs.

OK great, by the looks of it the username is wrong, having two dots between msn and com.

You also need to use SSL on port 995 when connecting to pop3.live.com, which you'll find in the Advanced section of Incoming....
