User Accounts

I've been looking through the forum and haven't seen anything quite like this.
I only have four accounts (unlike some), but after the new version had imported all it could, I found that when it ran only one account was listed.
I then logged in to one of the missing accounts and found email there.
When I went to the account settings, only one username and password had been imported, the other three accounts were all asking for this information to be added but the name and pop server was there correctly. Once I put them in manually the accounts read quite happily (as they should). I don't think I'd have been very happy if this had happened if I had LOTS of accounts.
So far my Friends and Enemies (sorry, Blacklist) seem to be working satisfactorily. Just takes a bit of getting used to.
I think well worth $10 (or equivalent).
While I'm at it, the 'Notify me when a reply is posted' option doesn't seem to be working for me, even though the smtp information looks correct!

I take it with the accounts that weren't working, it was just the passwords missing ?

I think you've got something confused, the Forum Reply system uses our own SMTP service. The SMTP information your referring too is...something else....I'm not actually sure But the forum emails generally take at least 5 minutes, if you visit the reply before then it's possible you won't get notified.

No, I'm talking about the installation of the new MailWasher Pro 2010!
During the course of the installation it said it was importing things from the old version of Pro.
For the three non working accounts BOTH the username and password were missing!

I have an earlier post about the icon, and that's what I was originally referring to. However, this post has exactly the same (non) happening. No emails.

Take a look at the bottom of the Topic or Forum. The tick mark is misleading you have to click on it to subscribe. If you are already subscribed then it will read Unsubscribe.
