Wash Mail Greyed Out

Hi

I did read another topic re this, but the suggestions therein didn't help. Just started this problem today. Worked fine this am and now wash mail is greyed out most of the time (only once in last 3-4 hours has it worked). Haven't changed any settings and FirstAlert isn't enabled. Would appreciate any help in solving/sorting this issue.

Fire me some logs and I'll take a look. Go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter chris as the Ticket Number >> enter something like Wash Mail greyed out in the description >> Send Logs.

Also reply back here once you have so I can double check it arrived OK.


Presumably too you've restarted MailWasher, if not, do that after you've sent the logs.
