Is it possible to correct a misguided classification? For example, were I to classify an email as thumbs down by a click, how might I "unclick" it? That is, the selection doesn't merely toggle between clicks. Thanks for help with this.

Yes, that is no problem, just click the thumbs up icon right beside the thumbs down icon....?
