Hi
After I have deleted unwanted mail, and then 'washing mail', although the mail goes into emClient, it stays in Mailwasher. I always understand it disappeared from MWP after washing?
Thanks
Michael

Yes, if the good email continues to show in MW after you download it to eM Client, this sounds like one of 3 things:
1.) you just need to check mail again in MWP to clear the screen.
2.) you have got your email program setup to leave a copy of the message on the server, in eMclient click, Tools>>Accounts>>click your account>>POP3 tab, and uncheck, "Leave a copy of messages on the server" and click OK.
3.) you have the email account setup as IMAP in eM Client, and if so, you'll need to either A) change this to a POP type account in eM Client or B) change to IMAP in MWPro also and set it to NOT download read emails.
A.) If setup as IMAP in eM Client , it'll do the following:
- always download the emails automatically,
- never remove any mail from the mail server
- If you delete an email from webmail, eM ClientOR MWPro, it'll be deleted from all 3.
Easiest way to do this is to setup a new email account in eM Client but this time ensure it is POP3 type, with auto mail checking and leave on server disabled
Once you have it all up and running, delete the IMAP account from eM Client, possibly this page will help:

B.) Leave eM Client set as IMAP, but in MWPro click, Settings>>Accounts, click your email account, and click the Incoming tab>>Advanced, and ensure that, "Download read emails" is not ticked there.
This way, it wont show all your old emails that are on the mail server.
