it's stuck!
Tried a restart; but it still gets stuck - at the bottom it says it's evaluating message 9 of 9 - it won't allow mail wash.

Restart and before you do a new fetch go to Settings, Spam Tools, First Alert and try disabling it. If still no change then repeat but Origin of Spam and turn off the servers. Does the Evaluation Stop option not work for ending the evaluation?
