Cannot get outlook.com address to work in MailWasher Pro

I have tried the "Import Accounts" and also tried to manually put in the info for my outlook.com account, but I always get "Failed to login to IMAP server" error.

Could you give me detailed directions on setting up an outlook.com address in MailWasher Pro? Thanksamillion!

Yes, sure thing.... can you first please open MWpro and click Help>>About, if not using version 7.15.41, install this from here:

then, delete the problem email account first:

Settings>>Accounts, click the account>>Remove Account.

Click File>>Exit to close MWpro, then re-open it.

Then setup the account again exactly as below:

In Mailwasher Pro click, Settings>>Accounts>>Add Email Account, type any name for this account you like, enter your email address and click Save.
Click the Incoming tab and click "Sign in with Microsoft", follow the prompts and you'll be asked for permission to allow MW access to the account, ensure you agree to this.
If it shows successful, click Save again on the outgoing tab, refresh folders on the IMAP tab (IF asked) and you are all set.

Any problems, just reply back....

That got it to work... thanksamillion! Apparently the importing the account from Outlook didn't work originally.
