Three days into Win 11 from Win 10, my computer crashed with the latest update (thanks MS!). So I've done a Win 11 mostly new install and am reconstructing from files saved on another drive. Two problems/questions.

- My reg number (lifetime, 2010) says it's been used too many times. Do I need to write you about that?

- After installing MWP, I copied over the Mailwasher folder from the backup drive (Appdata>Roaming>Firetrust>Mailwasher). One thing it shows is an Accounts.xml, which I assume were my accounts in Settings. But nothing came across. Should they have, or is there somewhere else to look?

Follow up: The previous settings have taken, but the registration issue needs dealing with.

In addition, 1) your website is still loading very slowly tonight [faster today], and 2) The program screen is well below the bottom of the monitor screen (24", 16:10), including the tall Win 11 taskbar. So far that there's no way it can be shortened by maneuvering the top. Screenshot below.

Other: What is the setting to get rid of the day dividers? And remind me how to change the garbage can to a square.

Yes, click on and drag the program down so you can see the top of it, use the mouse to make the window smaller to fit, then drag it up again?

OR, try this to reset the display.....

Ensure MWpro is closed.
Go to Start, type run (then click the Run file so it runs) then in the ‘Open:’ box type (or copy / paste):

%AppData%\Firetrust\MailWasher

Delete the files:

Startup.xml
GeneralSettings.xml
Settings.xml
Display.xml

Restart Mailwasher and you should be all set.

Re the dividers, yes, those are the grouping title bars....
Click "Display Options" and ensure that "Show grouping bar" is ticked, then you can see the grouping bar just above the MW column title bars.
Drag the column group icons away from there and release to stop MW from grouping the emails...

Re your key, yes, email support at firetrust dot com and we'll be able to reset that key no problem....

I've got the screen adjusted by the way you suggested and the previous settings came through after I wrote initially. I've written support about reactivation, and that video shows nicely what is difficult with words.

That leaves the Delete column. As I recall, it's possible to eliminate the text and leave a box symbol, instead of the trash can. Just forgetting how to do it.
