Application Error on start up

This application error only occurs on initial start, i.e., when Windows XP SP3 starts it.

Then, after closing the dialogue box, the second error about the JIT Debugger occurs.

I've tried reinstalling the software.

After closing the second dialogue box, I can start the program normally.
