Secondary Display For Default Application Start

I have found that if I Maximize the MailWasher 2011 program prior to ending the program (before rebooting) that the program will always start in the Primary Display until I click on the Window icon. Once I do click on the Window icon then the application will automatically move to the secondary display (where I always run it).
