Are there any issues with the server? Sometime this afternoon, I appear to have been logged out of the server and I cannot login again. I type my user name and password (same id and password I have been using for years), I get the spinner briefly and get dropped back to the login screen.
No error messages, just can’t login. Have tried my phone and iPad on two separate networks.
Any suggestions?

Same Problem here (Android 6.01).
Also Sync does not work ("code 110. "message: you are not permitted to view this feature").
What I tried since now:
De- and Reinstalled the app - no success
Controlled, if my registration ended. No, my registration is valid until March 13, 2018.

Now I tried to log in on the Webbrowser:

The Message: "Unable to contact server".
So it seems to be a problem with the Server not with the app and your system.

I'm experiencing the same problem.
MW Mobile on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Android 7), MW Mobile has worked perfectly for many months, up to yesterday. Now says no E Mail Accounts exist and attempting to "Create New Account", all details correctly entered, receive a reply that my email provider has rejected the connection.
Any ideas why?

Yes, if not used for a week or so the account can disappear, also if MW fails to check mail successfully for an account several times in a row, it'll remove it also....
Just re-sync the account from MWPro:
---------------
First, log off MW Mobile, (icon for this top L/H side in MW Mobile >> Logout)
then in MWpro click, Settings>>Sync>>Logout,
then log back in again and click "Mobile", and tick the accounts/lists you want to sync, then click Sync.
Open Mailwasher on your mobile, click "Log in", enter your email address and password, and you should be all set.....?

Possibly this is what's happening here, and if so, unfortunately there is no much we can do about this at the moment, we are actually working on a full re-write of the MW Mobile app now, the current one does have a lot of issues, which although don't effect all users, when it has problems like this unfortunately there is not much more we can do sorry....
We will let users know when the new version is ready but no date on this as yet sorry!
