Problems logging in

I have just downloaded the mobile app onto my phone but I cannot seem to be able to log in using my user name and password. I've tried all combinations but nothing works. Is is the same details as on my desktop MW programme?

Yes the same log on info is used at both the Desktop version and the phone version.

What error message are you getting?

Are you running Droid or IOS?

What version of MailWasher Pro are you using?
Did you create the Mobile Account in MWP Sync?
Also note there is a new version of MWP posted in the forum. Best to update to it first.

I found the sync, but it still says wrong user and password. Is it the password entered into my email account the one I should use, the one I use in MW? Otherwise, how can I find out what my password and usser name is.

No it is not your email account (unless you have set it up that way).

Either on MWP Sync or your phone there should be a Create function where the Log In is.

Once you Create an Account then you log in from either place.

In MWP Sync once you log in after setting up the mobile account you can then Sync your settings from MWP to MWM.

I managed to sync on the MW site on my desktop, but when I tried to open on my phone, it gave the same error mesage. Thanks for your help, I've given up on it now.

Sorry for the late reply, please don't use a username with email address or space in it when setting up in MailWasher Pro. I can delete it for you and you can start again if you let me know the username you used.

I've got a new phone now with up to date software and I tried to log in again. Got in ok, but it says I need to upgrade to the latest version of MW Mobile. I thought it would have been the latest version from Google Play?

Sorry about this, we put a few more servers online yesterday and some people started getting this message. We'll have it fixed shortly. There's no newer version needed.
