Account Expired

I had this problem with my account "dstanden" and so I created a new one "drstanden". However, when I try to log in to this on the PC, I enter the username and password, click login, there is a brief hourglass type action and then nothing else happens. What do I need to do to make this work?

Hi Nick, I think the monster may have reared it's ugly head again.
I have screencaps but essentially the problem is still there (maybe something to do with the ghastly iOS 8.0.2, uuugghh!).

What is happening:
Get the "Account Expired" message.

What I did / was allowed to do:
- change passwords
- shows files in cache and when trying refresh it tells me there is no account.
- set account up again *can only get to configuring "incoming" and get shown the the "Account Expired" after SAVE
- deleted App, d/l again all with the same results (get cache contents)

Suggestions VERY welcome,
am using http://www.prowlapp.com/ as well but then have to go to a micro Telnet screen.

What's your username? I tried variations on your email address but couldn't find it. Then I can reset it.

We've almost finished the next version which doesn't have these issues

Ok, give that a try again now. I've reset it for you so just re-sync your email accounts from MailWasher Pro>>Settings>>Sync
