Since MW Mobile has failed to sync for me since February 1st, 19:00 GMT, under both Android and iOS (iPad) is installing the beta the only way to resume “normal service”?

Experimenting with MW mobile and syncing and have an error logging in in MWPro, with this log extract.

Do you mean the login issue from MWPro to MW Mobiles database? if so, yes, should be working fine in the current 7.15.10 version now....?

I'm using version 7.15.10 of MW now and have been. I'm using version 2.0 of MW mobile on my android phone and have been since that version became available. I have not been able to sync my email accounts since this thread began.

I was hoping a new version of MW mobile would become available.

Yes, updated MW Mobile looks like it wont be for quite some time sorry, re the sync however, what accounts are not working? note that it wont work with any Microsoft based accounts now that they have stopped plain text password access to these, they only allow access via OAUTH which MW Mobile does not yet support....

Sorry to hear that.

All of them. I only use sync between MW and MW mobile, and MW mobile is not working. My primary email accounts are with comcast.net. I have a Google account, several AOL accounts, and several earthlink.net accounts. At present, none of them sync with MW mobile.

OK, just tested AOL and Gmail although MWPro still says they dont, they do sync fine, if you are using App passwords in MWpro they 'should' sync to MW Mobile via Settings>>Sync, check the accounts and click Sync...?

If problems, try syncing one account at a time?

Email support at firetrust dot com with the MWM account details and I can check your account if still problems?
